(More customer reviews)I bought these chargers hoping that the house unit would charge the Archos fast, about 3-4 hours like the claims of the DVR station, both the house charger and the car charger charge at about the same rate as the USB charger that comes with the Archos, on the PLUS side they are more convenient. I'm able to carry them everywhere and charge in the car or at a coffee shop, both units would benefit if their cords where 5' long instead appro. 3'
