(More customer reviews)I am very disappointed with this product because it will not hold the player and its battery, attached or not. I ordered this case, which is sold for the LG DP771, the same day I ordered the player. Although the product description includes measurements, it is not stated that it is without the battery. This fact should be specifically stated. What's the point of carrying the player if you cannot operate it? One of the product views shows the case open with a device (not the LG DP771) snugly strapped in the bottom half, but the top is black and shows no detail for possible additional storage. I contacted the seller and I am waiting for the reply.
