(More customer reviews)I'm sorry the person above had a bad experience with this item -- twice! I had to return the first one I purchased because it would not hold anything past 1.6 gigs. The replacement has been going strong for over two years. I've dropped it on numerous occasions -- once on concrete -- and generally treated it with disrespect, but it is still working fine.
