(More customer reviews)I was so excited when I got this product until I used them. They wouldn't stay in my ears because they were too large. The sound quality is good if you can get them to stay put. Also they have shortages in them. I bought two pairs and I hadn't had one pair a full two weeks before one stopped working. I can keep products for years so I was really disappointed. With the second pair, you could hear static or some kind of "noise" not associated with the music. That side hurt even with the low volume. The product just needs to be improved. They need to be tested BEFORE they send them out. They may be inexpensive but that's no excuse for poor quality.
